Crazy About Crackle

I am still liking the crackle effect. I feel that if you really want the look to stand out, it all depends on the layering that you use. Playing around with color combinations and textures is key. Below I used a magenta glitter as my base color. I then layered on the basic black crackle color. I feel that it really makes the layers POP and gives the look added texture.

The key to making this look work is that you need to make sure that your base color is completely dry before applying the crackle effect layer.
